Based in Phoenix, Arizona the C. David McVay School offers real estate license renewal courses both online and at campus locations throughout the state of Arizona. C. David McVay School has been in operation since 1985. The school is approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for the purpose of offering distance learning courses.

(Please note: Courses offered at the C. David McVay School are for Continuing Education hours only- not for initial licensing.)

License Renewal requires 24 hours every 2 years. A minimum of 3 hours in each of the following categories is required:         

  • Real Estate Legal Issues
  • Commissioner's Standards
  • Contract Law
  • Agency Law
  • Fair Housing
  • Disclosure 

The remaining 6 hours are General or you can repeat a category with a different course number and use it as General.
